To facilitate the telecom users, PTA has launched Mobile App of Complaint Management System (CMS). The App has following features:

– Complaint registration against various services i.e. telecom services

offered by service providers, mobile registration/ DIRBS, stolen mobile

handset / IMEI related complaint, internet content related complaint, etc.

– Tracking of complaint to view its status.

– Feedback on the complaint.

– History of complaints of individual user.

– Consumer awareness on different issues.
